This was the first international pageant done by any Pakistani and successfully completing it. Zehra Sheerazi was the first Miss Pakistan World 2003 and was sent to Korea in 2003 for competing in the World Miss University 2003 pageant.
This was Pakistan’s first step in the world of international pageants and hence Pakistan’s name came on the map in regards to beauty pageants.
