Congratulations on getting the brand-new title of Miss Pakistan Universal 2022. With this title what do you want to achieve?
I am so blessed to achieved this title and what I want most to achieve with the help of this title is to make significant difference in society by helping the marginalized segment of the society. I want to establish a welfare center which not only provides shelter to the homeless people but also gives opportunities for employment which could help to improve their social and economic status and help in poverty alleviation. I beleive that all these efforts will help in making a better place for society and if I can add something to this, then I would.
Can u tell us little bit about your background?
I belonged to a very humble and educated background, who believes that education and hard work is the key to success. So, my family inculcated all the passion and compassion so that I can steer my ship towards the harbors of success.
As Miss Pakistan, there is a big responsibility of representing Pakistan in internationally competitions, how are you going to prepare for it?
I know I have massive responsibility on my shoulders to represent Pakistan internationally. I will make sure to portray myself as more humble, courteous, confident and dignify person which could not only help to portray the image of Pakistan in a positive manner rather and it will also help to reduce the xenophobic sentiments as well.
Are you passionate about any charitable projects? Or are you involved in any charity?
I am very passionate about all the charitable project even currently I am working with Mother Teresa’s Organization in Lahore, serving as a Doctor and I would love to work with any organization who works for different causes however, it is my dream to work in United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) as an envoy of Pakistan and also to work in their peace keeping missions to reduce wars and war crimes and to serve the humanity.
What was triggered your aspiration to participate in Miss Pakistan and who had been your biggest inspiration in this journey?
There are numerous beautiful ladies out there, who urged me to work hard for my aspirations just like Angelina Jolie, but the major factor that triggered me to participate in this beauty pageant is the concept that beauty is not just the physical appearance, it lies deep inside a soul and inner beauty is what matters.
You are a doctor and an aspiring model, which are you more passionate about being a doctor or modeling?
As Shakespeare said, that we are on the stage of this world portraying different characters likewise I am portraying two different characters in two different fields and am equally passionate about both of them. As a doctor I could help the people to cure their ailments and as a role model I could give them a hope that life is really beautiful despite all of its negative aspects sometimes and only a beautiful heart can help you to survive peacefully in this darker world.
You are already been chosen for Miss Universal 2022, are you ready for this competition?
God has been very humble and kind with me that I have been chosen for Miss Pakistan Universal 2022 and I am going to burn the midnight oil to ace it, despite all the beautiful ladies who are equally eligible for this crown. At this culmination I am still hopeful that I am going to take this crown because of the sense of self believe in me and I firmly believe that all my efforts will turn into fruitful results.
What advice do you have for other young girls like yourself to participate in these contests?
I would advise all the girls out there to listen to their heart, and put off all their efforts in order to achieve whatever they desired even to win this crown. So as Miss Pakistan Universal 2022, I would reinforce all the girls out there to use this amazing platform not only to showcase themselves, but to create a self-identity to win the title and to be recognized as Miss Pakistan.
